Newly Released Footage Shows ‘Disc’-Shaped UFO Making Abrupt Turn Over Hindu Kush Mountains

A set of forward-looking infrared (FLIR) clips - recorded by a U.S. Air Force reconnaissance platform - has been released that seems to show a disc-shaped object slipping through clouds over the mountainous Afghanistan-Pakistan frontier and executing a sudden turn without any visible heat plume.
The three short videos, time-stamped 11:13 UTC or around 4pm local time in Afghanistan - where it was filmed - on 23 November 2020 at 35° 02.91′ N, 71° 17.86′ E, were made public today by journalists Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp on their podcast WEAPONIZED.
According to Corbell and Knapp, atmospheric disruption was noted in case documentation, as was the absence of traditional thermal propulsion signatures during performance; its origin, intent, and capabilities remain unknown.
The journalists added that the documentation they have been exposed to shows the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) labelled the object as Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).
Corbell and Knapp say that DoD case files describe a U.S. Air Force reconnaissance platform tracking the object, which the notes characterise as navigating through the clouds.
Corbell and Knapp further assert that the DoD files describe the UAP as using cloud cover for concealment and note that its passage appeared to disturb the clouds.
Using cloud cover as a shield is a form of passive signature management - an intentional attempt to mute an object’s visual and other observable cues.
The tactic echoes a finding in the UAP Task Force’s June 2021 report, which noted that some incidents involved craft displaying “a degree of signature management.”
According to Corbell and Knapp, DoD analysts documented:
Shape: circular / disc-like
Manoeuvre: sudden right-angle deviation from original course
Propulsion: no detectable heat plume or exhaust signature
Environment: visible atmospheric disturbance surrounding the craft.
According to information Corbell and Knapp were exposed to, DoD officials subsequently entered the incident into a classified database for intelligence community analysis. The object’s origin was designated as unknown.
Speaking to Liberation Times, Jeremy Corbell commented:
“George Knapp and I have had more than two years to pore over this trio of military videos, and every pass leaves me more intrigued.
“First, the object literally disappears into clouds and then pushes the cloud around upon departure - camera artefacts don’t do that.
“Second, the infrared data shows zero heat signature in relation to direction of travel; there’s simply no conventional propulsion there.
“Third, the Intelligence Community investigations labeled this thing a ‘disc’ and state, in all caps, ‘UAP NAVIGATES THROUGH CLOUDS.’
“So we’re looking at an object that isn’t an artifact. The shape is something we have only heard about - but nothing has been released showing this, until now. It moves in a way nothing we fly can match. It has propulsion without a heat signature. And wait until we nail down its size: the footage has depth-of-field and I am certain online detectives will be able to determine range and potentially size. Cues and details we almost never get in UAP investigations. This capture isn’t just another curiosity; it deserves a full-on public interrogation.”
Matthew Brown - a former DoD official who blew the whistle on an alleged unacknowledged Special Access Program named IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION - filed a detailed report in the Congressional Record that catalogues several UAP encounters.
One entry describes a large saucer-shaped UAP, 200-400 metres in circumference, that bursts through a dense cloud layer used as concealment, disturbs the surrounding atmosphere, abruptly reverses course, and then accelerates out of view.
The newly released FLIR footage from Corbell and Knapp shows an abrupt manoeuvre and apparent signature management utilising clouds, closely mirroring the incident Brown described.
However, Brown’s alleged case occurred over open ocean and was captured by a satellite platform.
